Return Policy

We want every order to feel like exactly what you imagined. If it doesn't, we've got you.

What we accept

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We inspect every return before processing a refund.

What we don't accept

• Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
• Sale or discounted items — these are final sale
• Items returned after the 14-day window

How to start a return

Email us at acjewelsp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrived broken or we sent the wrong piece, email us right away with a photo and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
