How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery within the US takes 5–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast — but if you reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, we'll do everything we can to accommodate changes or cancellations. After that, orders may already be in fulfillment.

I haven't received my order — what do I do?

Check your tracking link first. If it's been more than 10 business days with no update, email us at acjewelsp@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

What are your pieces made of?

Our jewelry is made with 14K gold-filled material — water-resistant and hypoallergenic, designed to hold up to daily wear without tarnishing or irritating sensitive skin.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Keep your pieces away from perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and put your jewelry on after your skincare routine, not before. A quick shower is fine, but take pieces off before swimming in a pool or the ocean for long periods. Store them separately in a dry place — ideally the pouch or box they came in — and they'll stay looking great.
